Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing our brand’s reach and global impact. This position requires a dynamic & self-motivated individual who can integrate creative marketing strategies with analytical prowess to drive our commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual strategic planning process to align marketing strategies with the company's long-term objectives.
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of marketing and communications plans to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Coordinate and oversee the company's attendance and engagement at industry conferences and events.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to integrate marketing strategies and optimize overall business performance.
  • Contribute to shaping the company's narrative around its impact, adeptly tailoring communication to investors, while ensuring alignment with the company's values and achievements.
  • Evaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for growth and innovation within the industry.
  • Manage relationships with external agency partners to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Gather and analyse market and competitive intelligence to keep the company informed of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Reports to Head of Commercial.
  • Travel required: 20%


  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the health or pharmaceutical sectors, with the ability to showcase successful past campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results and a proven ability to work independently as well as in team settings.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Business proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Operates with a high degree of integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in the direction of Business/Marketing. MBA preferred.
